Chef Tim Pohland and Food Stylist Rachel Sherwood join forces to share their secrets for creating professional tasting and professional looking food at home. They prepare Walnut Crusted CanapĂ©, Herbed Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom Barley “Risotto” & Lemon Asparagus and Molten Chocolate Cakes with Raspberry Coulis.
